WHERE IS YOUR FACILITY LOCATED?
Our facility is located at 40581 Montana 35 in Polson, Montana 59860. We’re near the intersection of Eagle Nest Drive and S Shore Drive, just across the street from Calvary Baptist Church and near Eagle Nest RV Park. If you live right here in Polson, or in one of the surrounding cities of Pablo, Ronan or Lakeside, we’re just a short drive away. Visit our facility page for directions from your home. WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our customer service is the best around even though we don’t have a traditional office. What does that mean for you? We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the contact page located right here on this site! Additionally, we’re available by phone six days as week between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Our local manager is always ready to give you a tour of the property, so don’t hesitate to pick up the phone! We’ll be happy to chat.
WHEN CAN I GET INTO MY UNIT?
We strongly believe that once you rent a unit, it is effectively your space for as long as you pay for it. And since it’s your space, you should be able to use it as you would any other space that is your own—by having the option to access it at any time that works best for your schedule. We offer access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year long. Now you can fit storage into your schedule rather than having to adjust for our hours.
WHAT SECURITY FEATURES DOES POLSON STORAGE HAVE?
We know that leaving your belongings somewhere other than home can be a stressful experience, especially if you aren’t sure about the security of the facility you have chosen. At Polson Storage, we take the safety of your items very seriously. Every one of our units is secured, even if they aren’t occupied. Plus, the entire facility is well lit with a series of industrial sized exterior lights to deter any suspicious activity. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our manager.
DO YOU HAVE SPACE FOR ME TO STORE MY BOAT OR RV?
We do! Our facility features parking spaces in a variety of sizes, so we’re sure to have something that fits your vehicle. Whether you’re planning on storing your RV, boat, trailer, van, or fleet of vehicles for your business, we can accommodate you! Reserve your space fast, though, as these spaces go quickly.
HOW CAN I PAY MY BILL?
We’re excited to offer you several different ways to pay your bill. Since we don’t have a traditional office, we’ve had our tenants drop their payments off in a drop box in the past. That drop box is still functional on the first building closest to Highway 35. YOU MAY MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO PO BO 245 BIG ARM MT 59910. But now, with our online bill pay feature, you can sign up to pay your bill from anywhere with an internet connection. Use your phone, tablet, or computer to get on our website and settle your account. It’s that easy. Ask our team about signing up today!
